The Alphabet Sculptures Project invites educational institutions to design and fabricate individual 3D letters of human height in both English and Indian language scripts, in a celebration of paper as an affordable, democratic and accessible material that can play such a foundational role that will be installed together on a shared exhibition wall, creating a collective typographic installation. Each letter should explore cardboard’s possibilities through form, structure, texture, folding, layering, cutting or other innovative techniques. Participants are encouraged to interpret letterforms creatively while maintaining clarity and craftsmanship.
